the workshop is approaching and we would like to give you
some handy pre-info and ask you to give us some info as well!
Arrivall time and Shutte request - Action Needed
You can find the link at the bottom of the registration

Acceptance'
You can sign up for the shuttle from Alghero airport to the
Hotel and from the Hotel to Alghero Airport by entering your
flight details (arriival / departure time at Alghero airport).
We do not provide shuttles from and to the other airports on
the island, unfortunately.
If you will be arriving independently, then pls. enter your
arrival/departure details at the hotel into the shuttle
request. This facilitates the planning of the food and room
preparation for the hotel as well as it is a way of checking
that your booking is correct!
The social dinner and after-dinner-outing - Action
Needed
If your partner, a child/children are with you, they are
welcome to attend as well! Pls. mark it in the poll, as well
and indicate your meal preference.
Furthermore, a group will organize an after-dinner-outing
to Alghero on that night. Pls. register for the outing in the
poll too! The Sunday after that event is a day off…:-)
If you have your own transportation, comment it in the
notes or send me an e-mail.
Workshop T-Shirt / Size and Design - Action Needed
If you would like to get a workshop T-Shirt, then pls. let
us have your size by April 2!
We would also like to invite you to submit a Design for
the shirt. The organizers will choose it before the
start of the WS. Pls. submit by April 10 the latest.
During the workshop, there is an indoor area near the beach
where you have space to work and do your set-up. Usually,
there is enough space for everybody but if you have an
extended set-up, then pls. let us know ahead of time, so that
we can allocate enough space for you.
The Hotel is at the seashore, in a lovely area which
invites for walks, swimming, playing tennis, snorkling,
playing soccer, playing volleyball etc. thus don’t forget to
bring your sports gear! You will have a chance to use it
during the daily 'forced social/sports break', from 18.00 -
19.30!
